He's the real deal: the Canadian schnauz who's lived in Moscow, the Czech Rep, and Netherlands, and travelled all points in between, including above the Artic Circle, and the Right and Left Coasts of the US. Got more frequent flyer miles than most EFL teachers, even |

So how well did the Soviet snipers fare in Afghanistan against the Mujahideen?

That's small comfort for the once-mighty Red Army. Afghanistan was the Waterloo for the Soviet military.
As for the Flash...if the Red Army had employed superheroes, Afghanistan would have been a great Soviet victory. The US Army easily won the Vietnam War with Doctor Manhattan in Watchmen.

You're welcome.
We may not agree on everything, but that's okay.

Created photobucket acct. Edited in photoshop and photobucket to fit Dave's standards. Saved avatar. Set is as public view.
The URL cannnot be read here. The photo doesn't appear when searching the bucket site, oddly. So the url comes from opening the picture in my acct. I gave the picture an odd name to make it easily searchable. No dice.
I'm ticked. |

Dear Happy Everyday

A couple of the avatars scare the bejesus out of me. A new one someone has chosen looks like a pedo clown and there's another painted clay looking face with wild hair that gives me nightmares. I just hope no one chooses a mime. |

I got an avatar within my first posts. I removed it because it was too large. It would be great to resolve the url matter. I don't want to spend a long time on it when there are other things to do. |

Here is a really good avatar website: http://mmii.info/?db=AJJF&page=1
Each of the listed avatars fits within the required dimensions of 80 x 80 pixels.
That is where I got my current avatar of The Flash.
Happy hunting!
