Hi try Thailand as loads more jobs and they re not so fussy. Lower tier international schools (well 99.9 % Thai intake) will take experienced tefl teachers and pay ok.
As I undertake it if a good international school in Malaysia advertises a job their mail server almost collapses with the flood of applicants! Well you know what i mean lol In that situation you can easily take on teachers certified to teach in home country with lots of experience. Some secretary will bin all the applicants without the quals. Singapore the same. I don't know about teaching in other "fringe" countries but supply vs demand will be against you.
I would reccomend Thailand! |
