I'm off from late June until September, too long a break for my liking. Wouldn't mind picking up a bit of work during that time. Not sure where or how. I'm in China now. Any ideas?

Try the China jobs boards, China forums or google.

Korea may be an option for you if you have a degree and can obtain a clear background check. Go to the Korean forums.

Just about all the other countries are in regular session (not summer holidays) during your "available" period.

Time needed to get a proper work visa would probably exceed that month of work. Plus, you have to think of the fact that you probably won't even break even on setup costs. Enjoy a month's vacation instead.

Take advantage of your break and enjoy your paid vacation, it's a great opportunity to travel. You could see other parts of Asia (Thailand or Vietnam maybe), or hit up Europe (cheap tickets to London) or something. Take advantage of what has been bestowed upon you.
