Visa Strategy:

Can someone explain the different visas a university educated individual can get? If you know some good Visa strategies, please elaborate.

It seems that there are many ways to do this. Is someone able to shed some light on specifics? (Or point to a website that does so?)

For instance: (1)To be sponsored (ARC) by the insitute, or (2)to arrive without a sponsor (advantages?). Multiple re-entryvisas??? Highly confusing.

The exact visa category definitions would be helpful.
