I'd guess that this thread won't last long. This topic has been flogged to death in the other two locked threads. Anyone looking for a job there can read the other two and decide if they want to risk that getting rid of some of the problem people will help the situation.

With lots of new teachers next year, along with some of the positive hard-working teachers that I know who are left, the atmosphere should improve. I don't think any Oman jobs will ever be Nirvana and time will tell how it goes.
