Middle schools, high schools, colleges, unis

Most public schools operate in this manner, the only month you probably won't get paid salary for is august, but thats because you get that airfare bonus.

Then again, if u do re-sign for a 2nd year, many public schools will pay you for August as-well.

As for time off, well, Chinese students outside of Gao 3 get a lot of holiday time, but when u add the factor of the school admin not wanting your classes to get in the way of end of term exams, the lucky laowai is usually off 2-3 weeks before everyone else

Ive also had the long paid holidays thing in the past...my vocational college job in Hainan included 10 weeks in the Summer and 7 in Winter.
