| My observation after 25 years of EFL in Malaysia, Japan, Equatorial Guinea, USA (esl) KSA and the UAE is that it's not about culture and race. It's just that TEFL people make the absolute worst managers in the world of any field of endeavor. They should all be required to get solid on-campus MBAs if they want to supervise us rank-and-file grunts. |
