I am looking for a roommate to share a three-bedroom apartment to begin in April or shortly thereafter.

I live with two cats in a spacious, mostly furnished, 3-bedroom apt. in Roma Norte that I would like to share with one other person. The apt. is convenient to both the Metro (Hospital General) and Metrobus on Insurgentes and Line 3 on Cuauhtemoc. Plaza Insurgentes and Pabellon Cuauhtemoc are both within walking distance as are a number of inexpensive restaurants. There's also a Sumesa literally footsteps away. The neighborhood is very safe.

The monthly rent is split in half: each person currently pays $3850 (pesos). The rent is negotiable. We also split the phone/Internet, gas and electricity (each person pays about 500 pesos a month). Right now, the apartment is being cleaned twice weekly. Its really a great space (lots of air, light, two balconies) in an older building in a nice neighborhood.

About me: I'm a 52 y.o. gay man, nonsmoker, and I've been living here and teaching English for over three years.

Email me ([email protected]) if you're interested, or just want more information. I have photos posted on a similar ad on Craigslist Mexico City.
