At what point do you think I would have an adequate CV to apply for Interac or ALTIA? Here's what I have thus far:

- An A in both Basic Japanese I and II
- Two-week study abroad trip in China (It may not be Japan, but it's still Asia)
- 12-page seminar project (w/PowerPoint presentation) on Japanese culture/psychology
- 5-7 hours of volunteer ESL tutoring a week at a college for two months
- A year and a half of weekly volunteer ESL tutoring (typically an hour to an hour and a half) at a library (less structured than the college work, admittedly)

Obviously, there's room for improvement in the language and study abroad sectors. Should I consider anything else or would it be advisable to go through the hiring process now?

Interac seem to let most people with a pulse in these days.

Honestly the only thing that matters is being GENKI at the interview and having a decent showing.

A degree is often all that is needed.

They won't care about most of that, aside from the ESL experience.
