Greetings all --
I'm brand new to this forum so forgive me if this question is covered elsewhere. I'm a 28-year-old single girl trying to teach abroad for the fall, and I'm having a hard time picking which east asian country I'd like to move to. I am debating Taiwan, China and South Korea. I am strongly leaning toward Taiwan, since I'd like to be in a Chinese-based culture but think it sounds more "manageable" for a first-timer than China. What are your thoughts? How did you all make the decision to pick Taiwan over other nations? Do you wish you had picked elsewhere and why/why not? |

Do a bit of reading on the three places first would be the best option. Then write another enquiry explaining your personal wants and needs. Might want to touch on your qualifications if you can spare the time. Many here would surely love to help guide you, but you should help us a little so we can help you.
You might want to avoid North Korea. I hear its a bit sketchy of late. |
