The "Coral" bus is just a bus that says "Coral Sheraton 3M" at the front.

The ASF has two contract types - national and international with the latter for hires from abroad (though they do apply it to foreign teachers already in Mexico) and including housing stipend, flight, etc. I think a full time position starts around 18,000 pesos but they have a system to calculate salary based on experience and qualifications so it can start higher. |
Actually, foreign teachers already in Mexico get the lower local salary UNLESS they are at teaching a school accredited in the USA.
What Westhill is offering salary-wise is pretty good, but not as good as some schools. I have a lot of bratty kids at my school but apparently Westhill is worse and my school pays better.
Honestly, just email a bunch of schools and someone will reply. I believe the following all pay decently but I could be wrong:
Churchill
Edron
Peterson
Eton
American School
Greengates
Colegio Ciudad de Mexico
Liceo Franco-Mexicano
Monteverde
Colegio Suizo
Colegio Williams
Pinecrest
Mazenod
But it will be a lot harder trying to find a job from abroad. When I emailed a ton of schools, one responded to me and asked me for an interview the next day and I think my being on the ball got me the job. |

Yeah, that's the ASF. Do you mean this for other schools?
At the ASF, it depends on your interview....I've seen it go both ways. |

Monteverde is an all girls school (Opus Dei too) and only hires female teachers. I think OP was male.
Miraflores is another school that pays well. |

I applied at ASF, but they didn't have any positions open for me. I also tried to find a contact at Northridge, but couldn't find one.
thanks for your help. |

Just go to their website and poke around, you should be able to find something, the principals name, perhaps, to send your info to.
I know for a fact they have openings for the fall, or at least about 10 days ago they did. |

Northridge. Go to their website. There is a phone number listed at the bottom. Ask to speak to the English coordinator. I know several of the guys that work there. Don't know who specifically is the coordinator though. Mention you're a native speaker, already in Mexico, and interested in a job. Doors should open for you.

Note: I don't work there nor do I have any connection to the school, nor benefit in any way by sending you this info readily available by google. |

Thanks but I'm not already in Mexico. I'm abroad. You think I should lie about my current locations? |

No, first of all, why should you lie? And second, what if they ask you to come in for an interview. Some of the schools do hire from abroad, but not that many and they will take a candidate who is already in Mexico over one who isnt. |
