Any suggestions?

A company has requested I submit a salary request, can anyone help me?

What would be the minimum monthly salary (in tenge) I should accept (housing NOT included in job offer) for a comfortable (family of two) lifestyle?
OF COURSE, I know the term "comfortable" is relative to each person, but if you wouldn't mind offering advise based on your own personal interpretation of the word.

For me, it's a MODERN (non-soviet) one bedroom apt, CABLE, FAST INTERNET, GYM MEMBERSHIP, EATING OUT twice a week.
