If you may be starting in a month then presumably you have already been interviewed by Bell in the UK. A second interview will presumably have been done by the DOS at Bell/Assumption.
The school has a salary scale which is dependent upon your years of experience and qualifications. What are they?
Typically it should be between 48,000 to 58,000 baht per month plus BUPA, end of contract bonus and annual flight if coming from the UK or other overseas country.
Employment package can be found here:
MOD EDIT
If you sign on for a second year you are guaranteed a monthly increase (4,000 a month I think) plus an increased 2nd year bonus.
Working hours are good and the timetable should be no more than 21 contact hours per week. Minimum 8 weeks paid holidays plus the usual Thai bank holidays, Buddha days etc. |

Thanks Nigerian Whisper....does seem good, a little less pay than I get now in Bangkok but conditions and terms of employment, especially the working hours and holiday entitlement are far better - an August start it is then...thanks for your reply |

50% of salary at end of first year and 150% of salary at end of second year.
The good thing with being with Bell is that they negotiate the salaries every 2-3 years anyway. Plus the DELTA course you can do with Bell is heavily subsidized. 55% discount. That also applies to any MA post-grad courses you wish to enroll on |
