I am also looking to find more information about this school. I am applying to teach there starting in January and have spoken with who seems to be the main man--a Mr. David Cotter. From the website it seems to be a pretty decent place, with good pay. But I am becoming suspicious that it has been difficult to track down information about it, and that Mr. Cotter has been very vague in his descriptions. Have you spoken to him or anyone else there? I'll be happy to share whatever information I learn, and hope that you will do the same:) |

I am having the same problem though from what I can tell, it seems like a great place to work. Have either of you worked there? Does anyone have more information about it? |

The school has a channel on YouTube.
I'm presuming you've checked the school's official website. In my opinion, it is anything but vague and offers a lot of useful information.
I was very interested in applying here until I decided against Beijing. |

In this business being open for that long and not having bad things written about you is a good record. Have you asked to e-mail some of their teachers?
No one ever posts nice things on the internet. We only use the internet to complain..
No news is good news. |

I've worked at Aihua since 2006 and I am very happy here.
The school has grown over the years; there are now three centers in different parts of Beijing.
I've always found the school to be sensitive to the needs of its staff, both foreign and Chinese. The school has always supported me and helped me when I needed it to.
Aihua has two websites, one in Chinese and the other in English. The links are below.
