Yes... some of that was distinctly Egyptian dialect... other parts were not. Kwayyis... sabah il-kher... aywa... and La'a - all Egyptian. There is a definite difference between "La" and "La'a"
BTW... there is also a big difference between
Welcome - ahlan wa sahlan
and the response to Thank you, which in English is
You're Welcome (NEVER 'welcome' by itself) - afwan
I've always wondered why anyone would bother to learn the Arabic for "I don't speak Arabic." I would just say it in English. Actually I used to crack up the taxi drivers in Cairo by saying "mafish Arabi hina" and point to my head.
