Why do I not want to give more information? I shouldn't have to. Who knows why it is they are asking in the first place, to misdirect, to properly counter post, most likely.
Do not be naive; take the word of a fellow countryman, and professional for what it is, and at face value. Then decide for yourself, whether you want to work there or not. |
I am with you on this - if you go into to detail about your situation, the school is going to know exactly who you are.
I would do the same thing - post a warning to help others, and follow up with the details when you are safely out of the clutches of this employer. |
Sorry, this one doesn't pass the smell test. Especially the part about trusting a fellow professional. When someone asks me to trust them, I figure they are being less than candid with me. OP may be genuinely aggrieved and the school may be a place to avoid, but we certainly don't know that by an anonymous posting with no specific allegations to verify or weigh. |
