I still don't think that is always true...I have applied for positions in Hong Kong and Japan which required a minimum of DELTA. I also worked in Poland for the BC only as a teacher and I most def. needed DELTA to get in. But, if things have changed then please let's be informative and show us somewhere where we can verify what you say. And remember, not all centres go through the BC central website...some recruit autonomously. |

It's not that complicated - if they get lots of applications they give interviews based on desirable criteria, which includes a DELTA. The official minimum qualifications are always a CELTA plus 2 years post CELTA experience. Sometimes they can demand more, sometimes they have to accept less. |
