|
Im plannning on coming to Mexico in October or November......could someone please give some kind of outline of my options. My friend has told me that interntaional, bilingual or state schools are the best paid, and overall best option.
However, Im arriving in October or November....when do schools typically hire? Will I have to wait until the following June to find this kind of job?
(Btw- I have two years of experience teaching all ages in Europe and Asia, a first class degree but no masters) |

June, July and early August are the best times to get hired. Also possible in December/January. You can find something pretty much all year round as some places work on quatrimestres. |

What is your degree in? For the really good paying jobs youll need to have a degree in Education, or for High School, in the subject you are going to be teaching. July is peak hiring time, into August, but really there are jobs to be found pretty much any time, people quit, get fired, leave for other reasons. |

I'd have to say school hire when they have an opening, which is this business could be any time. Family emergancies happen and teachers leave. Yes, more hire at the start of the semesters, as mentioned above. Language schools ususally have openings all year. |
