Does someone have a recommendation concerning CV's/resumes aimed for ME teaching positions (primarily university)? Should they be the same as a standard academic CV for universities in the U.S.? Should they be the same format? Should they on the contrary, include age, photo or other information not usually on CV's aimed for the U.S.. Thanks for your help.

Most tertiary institutions use an online application where you fill in the blanks. Some may allow you to upload a word copy of your CV. Take a look at those with online applications and you'll get an idea of how things are "organized" and I use the term loosely for some institutions.

Age and photo will not usually be required or asked for until and unless you are under serious consideration. Note - many organizations avoid applicants close to 60 years of age as it becomes more difficult to get a visa and medical for them. That said, you might be hired even if you fall into that category if your skill set is urgently required.

They tend to be not terribly choosey about format. After all, they are getting applicants from all over the world.
