Just got back from a translation office (Tercume Buro) who does both.
He charged 20TL for each document. I read in a forum somewhere that 15-20Tl was normal, so I knew he wasn't ripping me off.
Then he said it was 60TL to notarise each document?! Is this normal?
How much did you pay to get your documents translated and notarised?
I'm in Izmir.
Thanks! |

thanks, wardow.
Went to 2 notary offices, one quoted 60TL per document, another 48TL.
I had to notarise 2 copies per document. There was a calculation which the lady did though a computer system and it came up to 65TL for 2 copies of the same document.
Also for future reference, translation was 20TL per document (you get 2 copies, extra copies at 5TL each). You'll need at least 2 copies to get it notarised, one for the notary office, one for you. |
