Does anyone live presently in Dushanbe, and can you give me any information on average pollution levels and how you find breathing there?

I have tried to research, but a lot of the information is old.

I have worked in other parts of polluted Asia, but was wondering if this is worse or somewhat better...considering that it is in a stagnant valley area...??
