Hello all,
I am in Mexico City. Today is better than yesterday. I was a miserable lonely gringa. Pathetic.
Today I started to get the lay of the land in and around the Zocalo and Almeda...even went on the Metro and went to the pyramids.
People were so friendly and helpful...I have a couple of thing s to check out tomorrow in regards teaching.
Don't know what I will do in regards to plans for Guanajuato if I am offered a job here. Would love to catch up with someone here if that is a possiblity.

This is all completely normal. You will be fine. Really!
I have to go to Mexico City soon, but am not sure exactly when. I'm hoping it'll be in the next few weeks.
