|
|
Evening all,
I've got almost four years of work in TEFL under my belt in Moscow and am becoming increasingly disillusioned with my current employer, who will remain nameless for now. I've done the McSchool gig and taught in company.
I'd like to know if any of you would recommend the schools/companies at which you work. What's good about them? Possibly more importantly, are they hiring?!
Cheers. |

lets first answer this question:
what makes a good school?
i think:
reasonable working atmosphere. for me, having good colleagues and bosses who you get along with is a priority. as professionalism isn't a common attribute for the russian worker, you have to get along with your peers.
secondly, good administration, usually paid on time,
thirdly, good location and no too much running around |
