Depends on your country of passport and other credentials you may hold.
For the most part, the course is useless (either too short <120 hours or the lack of an observed practicum with real students).
IF you are from an Anglophone country, hold a bachelors degree and want to work in Asia, it is fine (although unnecessary).
IF you are allowed to work in Europe it will usually not be considered as being adequate.
Read up a bit BEFORE you spend the cash,
