Mrs Burns (HE)
Mr French (English)

and of course the nurse was

There was a teacher in my middle school named Miss Dudah (as in oh, doo-dah day), who married a guy named Mr. Wack0ff. Now that's going from bad to worse.

In my university, there was a grad student in theater whose last name was Shakespeare, a guy in literature named Tom Jones, and come to think of it, there was a girl who was in film with me named Hitchcock.
