Can anyone tell me if it is possible to access the BBC World Service radio broadcasts online in Vietnam?

I know some online broadcasts can't be accessed out of the UK.

I'm listening to a story about the Bangkok floods on the BBC right now.

Not sure if it matters, but BBC is on most Vietnamese cable TV systems as well, you can access it day and night.
