How is this market ? Do you have any experience in working or owning one of these companies ? It's an interesting business that I would like to know more about.
Sometimes the recruiters that I've spoken to are foreign or local to the country I want to work in.
Tell me about how it works,
it seems like a fun job.
How can I get into it ? |

I've been in correspondance with a "foreigner" working for Angelina's ESL placement. They must handle the applications side and Chinese co-workers must handle the school side of things... This is the first placement agency that I've encountered with westerners working for them... (And I must say that is a joy to receive Email responses that make 100% sense!) |

Yes, you see, sometimes I've spoken to Americans and Australians working as ESL agents. To me, this sounds like a fun job. Any idea about how to get into it ? |

AdrianG4, if you haven't yet done so, do an Internet search on recruiter job qualifications to research the general qualifications (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities) for this field in order to assess your compatibility. Then conduct several information interviews with established ESL/EFL recruiters to get more insight into the profession and for networking opportunities. (Perform an Internet search on information interviews to learn how these information-gathering tools are invaluable when considering new career prospects.) |

I tried to get into it here, it's harder than you think. I was with two companies, nothing came about from it though. |
