Has anyone gotten their CELTA in HCMC, got a Z-Visa and then went to teach in China?

My partner and I are looking at taking our CELTA in HCMC and then either working in HCMC/Hanoi or in Beijing.

If anyone has worked in both and can provide their experiences I'd be greatly appreciative.
