Best city to find work = BKK.
In Chiang Mai and Pattaya you are competing against too many long stay tourists who work cheap to extend their stay so jobs are hard to find, pay less and living costs are higher than elsewhere in the country.

Chiang Mai does occasionally run ads in other ESL ad sites. If you're young and go to the several private teaching institutes you might land a job. Or you could go to the several schools that are in Chiang Mai and ask around. I would try to land a job in Chiang Mai before going elsewhere (Bangkok). You might succeed if you have a degree some teaching experience and you are young |
