My partner and I booked our flights only moments ago and will be joining you folks in Istanbul and Turkey at the end of March. Thanks for posting all the wonderful information on this board as it really helped us in making our decision.

Hopefully things go smoothly and we are able to line up an interesting shared apartment, a completed CELTA course and english teaching gigs so that we can stay for a few years and really get to know the place. Then I might have something useful to share for once with those still researching their great escapes.
