A friend had a conference call from Zayed University last week (4 people on speaker phone calling him). Don't know how he did? Do you want to know any details?

Sure... but take care not to make him or her identifiable to the ZU people. But, I'm sure people would like to know what kind of questions they asked...

...but I'd skip any value judgements as they may reflect back onto your friend negatively.

6 Why are you interested in this position?
7 Can you describe a lesson that you were pleased with?
8 How do you know Ss learned from this lesson?
9 How do you deal with problems in the classroom?
10 What's your experience in working with a team?
11 What was your role in the team? The others' role?
12 How do you deal with problems with a colleague?.
13 What was your cultural adaption experience when first coming to the Gulf?

There are a number of things I could have answered to that, but that doesn't matter to anyone else. Basically it would have been to say that the adjustment was much easier than Egypt.
