OK had the interview. It went well enough and they have made an offer already. Location is RT.....considering it atm....
and the salary isnt scary at all.....but total package seems very reasonable. |

Good fer you. If the housing is at the RT compound and the numbers are right,then it's all good, My HBP did me in.

except that you have to live a somewhat restricted lifestyle....no alcohol etc....
but yeah, for a TEFLer the infrastructure set up is pretty good. and there is a beach at RT compound.....hmmmm take a windsurfer or jetski...! |

Thats seems about right.
8k AUD a month times 12 is 96k AUD.......actually thats not enough..
North of 100k is what Im expecting.....otherwise Ill stay here and drink beer everyday, eat pork and play rock music loudly on my guitar. |

I am researching now about tax as a non resident...(Australia)

Interviewed Friday, they rang by Saturday Night.....and wanted an answer ASAP.....Contract gets couriered tomorrow......so fast...wonder if they had an agenda....?
HBP = high blood pressure.
I still have to pass the background check and medical myself so its not finalised yet by a long shot. |
