I have heard mixed reviews about Jakarta and EF.

Is anyone familiar with the EF Surabaya group and know of a good [ie reputation] school within this group? Also any that have poor reputations would be appreciated info as well.

I used to work for them, yes. Whilst they have the same problems that all EFs do, there were never any issues with being paid on time or any nasty hidden deductions. I can't speak for 4/5 DoSes, but mine was certainly very dedicated to the students and really did do the best with what EF gave him. From what I heard the other four DoSes had similar approaches. The main thing that did niggle me was that the workload at my school was often higher than that of the others. Unfortunately, choosing a school within the group is not an option.
