|
|
Which is true:
Door # 1: After a few years of working for Aramco with a recruiter (e.g., HAK), the person will be hired by Aramco as a direct hire
Door # 2: Once an English Teacher works for Aramco with a contractor company (like HAK), Aramco will never hire him direct hire.
I've heard both stories. Which is true? In other words, is working for a recruiter a step towards (or away) from being a direct hire with Aramco?

Aramco are interviewing teachers now here and there directly. Of course they use a recruitment company to act as a go between....
I have just received an offer.....was interviewed in Melbourne. They were very quick to offer me a job. Lets see if I can get through the background investigation and medical. |

Passed the background...failed the medical. High Blood Pressure is a deal-killer with Aramco.
It's a sad ending! |

Yeah I feel for ya! Who knows what their requirements are in both regards...
I lived in Japan for 10 years plus and had a couple of small issues with neighbours......ahhhh foreigner ..quick call the police..... This may prevent me.
I also broke my sternum when I was 8. Its completely healed now though, however....this may prevent me.....who knows? |

Good luck with the Aramco checks. They'll take a while!
It's like, deja vu, all over again! |

There have been a couple of conversions recently at least in the Eastern Provinces. I work with both directly. One had been here for just two years and the other for more than twenty.
As for high blood pressure, perhaps they have changed their policy. |
