Hi,
I'm interested in applying to private/international schools in Russia. I am currently doing some research about possible locations.
I have a degree in English lit and a PGCE. I also have experience in teaching in small preschools, small groups, private tuition and 1 year at an international school preparing students for examinations in the UK. I am a British citizen.
I have a child who will turn 3 in August, so ideally I am interested in schools that offer tuition and fairly decent housing. I would also like to tutor a couple of afternoons per week after school.
My current situation is teaching and tutoring. I can also afford someone who help out with light housekeeping duties and play with my son while I am doing my privates.
Any advice appreciated regarding schools, being in a foreign country with young children etc.
Should I go for it? or stay put? |

Generally, Moscow language schools offer shared accommodation, while Siberian ones tend to offer a flat to yourself. The quality of accommodation varies a lot. |
