FYI.... This is my flat... it is also listed on Airbnb, hence the link. However, I am looking for a more stable renting situation. The pictures are really clear and there are more on the site along with references. I enjoy helping out new teachers get settled in to their new home/Turkey. Call it the nurturer in me Smile

an awful question, but, do you know of any job openings that dont necessarily require a certificate? if i had a sure job i`d take the room.

im a male which probably makes my post even more irrelevant. nice flat regardless! Very Happy

When you say that don't require a certificate are you referring to a Celta, Tefl etc. or a university dip.???

I would be very interested in the flat as well. Looks luxurious. Alas, I am currently trying to see if I can find an agency to obtain an ESL position. I will certainly keep this in mind. Do you have long term renters for say a school year? Or just month to month?

I have had flatmates for as long as 8 months and as short as 3 weeks (intern). I prefer min. of 1-3 months with the option of extending if all goes well.
