I've looked at several websites for Turkish Universities and can't find any thing to click on for vacancies. What am I missing? Where do they put their vacancy ads?

Perhaps you should send your CV and cover letter to the Human Resuources depts. of the universities that you are interested in. Then follow up with a telephone call.

In my experience, I've found that none of the positions for English teaching are advertised on the school websites. You can also try sending your CV/email directly to the head of the department (in most cases, directors of the prep programs). There have also been posts on this before, so I suggest you check them out.
