They are probably no better or worse than any of the other outfits - HAK, etc. They will try to short-change you, if you let them away with it. They will tell you anything you want to hear until they get you on board. Generally, they will pay you on time and sometimes even a few days before the end of the month. Don't expect much help, unless you are based in Dhahran, close to where they have their offices (Dammam).
While they are fine with paperwork, you are on your own and they will not really get involved in any of your dealings with Aramco. So, you have two masters, SRACO, your paymaster, and Aramco which dictates what you do on the job i.e. everything got to do with your work - so, it doesn't really matter which contractor you go with. Where you work, what you do and who will be working with will be far more important factors than SRACO. Good luck. |
