Nicole was on David Letterman last nite--very classy, very funny. Could someone help me to turn this into a thread that is relevant to ESL--without, if possible, bringing in Capergirl, whom I would clss in the same league as Nicole?

Thanking you for your kind cooperation,

khmerhit Cool

Well I could just post a reply, thus making the thread appear more happening to those viewing the GD topics page. And I won't mention Capergir. Promise.

"She's mine. Do you hear me. Mine"

ps - you could play six degrees of seperation from NK with your class. Get them used to different uses of 'same' and different sorts of relationships.

That's a good one - I'm sure Nikki will be highly amused when I tell her.

Actually, I read somewhere that Nicole was considering a career as an EFL teacher before she finally decided on becoming an actress. And I can speak with authority being a fellow Australian!

But, in fact, Nicole wasn't born in Australia. She born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on June 20, 1967 and moved to Australia when she was 4 years old.

Her first movie was called A Bush Christmas, which can be seen on Australian TV EVERY Christmas.

Cheers

If I was meaner of spirit then I might say that NK is a rat-faced shrew, so it's a good thing that I'm not.

A few months ago I caught the latter half of an Australian movie starring Nicole Kidman on Japanese TV. She played a pop star who fell in love with an up and coming surfer. It was really aweful, but Nicole was very cute. I have no idea as to what the title was.

Dear stillnosheep,
Oh that Nikki - her last name isn't Kidman for nothing, you know. You must be the 100th sucker she's told that to.
Nikki always comes back - she fools around, but she loves only her Johnny.
Regards,
Nikki's guy

Dear John,

This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life. I know how much you love me and it breaks my heart to have to write this letter But I would be being dishonest to myself, and to you, if I carried on deceiving you.

Yes, once or twice in the past I have returned to you; but only because I was scared of what you might do to yourself. I am not totally uncaring, but I can no longer carry on living with a man with such a tiny p enis. That is why I strayed in the past. I have 'needs'. In the past I may have returned once my immediate longings had been fulfilled, but this time I have found somebody who can satisfy me in 'every' way.

And as for capergirl, va va voom!!!

Goodbye. Please feel free to keep the deoderant.

Dear John,

I'm sorry Nic keeps using my account to write to you. I have told her that you may find this a little humiliating but she says that what with all the endomorphins and dopamine coursing around her body from the great sex and all she doesn't give a flying beep and that she is too tired to write a letter and too sore to make it to the telephone.

I think she's better off staying here for while, just until she finds her feet again.

Sorry mate. I do feel for you. Chin up ay.

Dear stillnosheep,
Poor lad - guess you'll have to learn the hard way, as all those (including Tom) before you did.
Enjoy it while you can, but on that morning when you wake up and find her gone, don't take it personally. You were her boy-toy for a while, but she always comes back to her man.
Regards,
John

Nicole Kidman in "Dead Calm".........very worth seeing!

.........and stop carrying on like she is your personal friend ...if she married a goose like cruise, she wouldn't be interested in Cambodian refugees or sheep persons from Whales.....I kid(man) you knot!
For those of you who don't know nuffin...she is the granddaughter of Sir Sidney Kidman, the cattle king. He started life as a stockman, and worked his way up to be a billionaire..also started a line of riding boots that are now very expensive fashion accessories....for more

Dear John,

I can understand how upset you must be. Nicole is of coursenuch sometimes. She is so demanding. First she expects me to eat the breakfasts in bed that she brings each morning, then its some long languous lunch before my afternoon massage and before I know it she's cooking something french, but modern and light for our evening meal. And as for the sex, it's wearing us out. But as she says, she is making up time for a long period of lack of satisfaction in that area.

I really think that you would be better off accepting things as they are and rebuilding your life without her. If you're a little short of money you know that we would always be glad to help out. And if you are feeling a little lonely why not get out more. I understand that thay have some great nights at Gaspanic..

But whatever you do, please stop pacing up and down outside our window. Nicky says she is getting scared and she's thinking of calling the police.

And gingermegs, please but out of conversations that do not concern you. Don't pretend to be just a disinterested observer. She knows that you are trying to worm your way intio her life by heaping extravagent praise onto her family. Well it won't work. I understand from Nickypoohs that she has allready obtained one court order against you for harrassment and delving into her family history. If neccessary that order can be enforced.

sns
