My name is Omar and I have a Bachelor's in Secondary English Education and a Master's in TESOL. Does anyone know if there are any short-term or summer opportunities in Saudi or anywhere in the Gulf. I own a homeschooling center and my schedule is free during the summer and I can be a little bit more flexible at the end and the beginning of the school year. Any suggestions would help. Thank you.

Short-term summer contracts aren't common. Check the job boards and also contact recruiters and private language schools to see if they anticipate work for the summer.

I recall one short-term job bening advertised by a language school in Oman (Bahla) but it was only for ca. $2000 a month with shared accom. Might appeal to 'backpacker'-inclined teachers.

In terms of Saudi, I've not heard of any, though I do know that Al Khaleej offer 3 or 6 month contracts for their Direct Learning Centres (ca. $3050 plus $533 accom. allowance plus $133 travel allowance). Perhaps try OnThe Mark?

Not heard of any possibilities in KSA unless you are already in the Kingdom with legit papers. If you are, then there are part-time summer jobs available. Lots of them.

If you are OOK (out-of-kingdom) it would be too much hassle to get you in for a short-term deal.
