				| Hi, I have the earlham interview. It looks like a good program, but I don't know what the interview part is like or much else. The website is kind of sparse. Anyone have any info? thanks. | |

				| Are you referring to the "Teach English in Japan" Prgram? If so, I am currently on that program. There really isn't much to it. It is just like JET but on a much smaller scale. If they take you, you get recommended to Board of Education and thats it. I haven't gotten one email from the Earlham powers that run the program, and I have been on the program since August of last year. The infamous "Every Situation Is Different" motto seems to be in play on the Earlham program too.
As for me, I went into TEJ from JET. Since I was living in Japan when they offered me an interview, they let me do a phone interview. I talked to two people, got the standard questions why, what do I expect, my contributions to the school etc. The phone interview lasted for about 45 minutes.
