Geez, I hope not. Please let everyone know how it turns out, though!
Good luck. |

It most likely won't be a problem - but it also depends on what country you are hoping to work in.
Where is it that you intend to go? |

Incheon, his location says. Could have been more clearly expressed in the body of the message, though. |

It was my first post. Probably not my last. My paperwork is in the shuffle right now, except for my "criminal background check". While I have some information, still wondering about time frames. This is a public school job,
how long does it usually take them to process the paperwork? (probably should have asked this in a new post)
I'm the one sitting here wearing a T-shirt that says: "There are no stupid questions, just stupid people" go figure |

On a related note, what exactly is the process for getting a criminal records check in the U.S.? Which agency do you obtain it from and does it have to be notarized and / or passed through the appropriate target country's embassy? |

At least in China, the records check from the FBI is useless. An FBI records check cannot be notarized and ultimately legalized by the Chinese consulate for use in China. |
