they still dont get it do they...ethnic kids/local kids = the same, rather they want to categorize and seperate. Shockingly racist

It would be very difficult for any "ethnic" kid to succeed in this system, unless they started right from kindergarten. Chinese is just too hard to learn in maturity - there's no time to catch up if you start late, even a couple of years. Besides, you'd be so bored you'd start sticking bicycle spokes in your eyes to keep yourself awake in class. Hell, I do this myself, and I'm the teacher.
