..this thread is off of Dave's - Teacher's Forum.
http://forums.eslcafe.com/teacher/viewtopic.php?t=4986&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

i've always enjoyed browsing through it. it's an extremely valuable thread that is very useful for L.American students. it seems many L.American ESL students suffer from very strong accents 3-4 years into their ESL careers. (some further)

so, i'm always looking for pronunciation exercises that can kill time in a Friday 6PM class. this thread is a treasure chest of sites.

Classes at 6PM on Friday? That's against my religion! Very Happy

But seriously, I've used those suggestions a lot, as I have had many unstructured classes. http://www.english-to-go.com is good as well, although it has a subscription, there is a page of free sample lessons. These complete lesson plans are of the highest quality, and great for busy/lazy teachers.

If anyone else knows of a site with FREE complete lesson plans, please tell me.

...hey Phil -- i've been "out of the mainstream" for a bit, but i'll look around my old sites. the KoreaForum is always active in this area as well.

...here's one I used to frequent:
www.englishraven.com , and here's the download page of that site:

http://www.englishraven.com/download_resources.html#anchor_3143

i particularly like the 'sentence navigator' downloads that are in the middle of the page.

but the whole download site is really useful and easy to print.
