				| I have noticed in most of the ads I have seen to schools in Taiwan they list an hourly rate for the teacher's salary and not a monthly rate. Is there any reason for this? | |

				| Its to the teachers benefit. You get paid for the hours you work. Some places try to offer "salary" positions, which often equates to low hourly wage because a lot of extra hours are required by these "salaried" positions. | |
