|
|
Hi, I am planning to apply for some teaching jobs in Indonesia to start in the fall of this year and I am wondering if there are schools that teachers in Indonesia would recommend or just a list of known schools would be awesome too. And if there are any to absolutely avoid I suppose would be useful as well! [The only school I have heard of is English First]
I have a BA liberal arts and a TEFL and will have some experience teaching adult ESL in the US by the time I apply, in case this info matters when suggesting schools. (^_^)
THANKS!! |

Avoid EF Malang at all costs. Run!!! They are always hiring, it seems...one bad sign. Can't say much about the other ones.
The school is dysfunctional, the staff are miserable, and the town has little going for it other than it's not stiflingly hot like most cities in Java, and it is pleasant enough.....but boring. No nightlife.
That's my two cents. |
