Okay so I booked a last minute trip for my friend and I to Hong Kong with a hotel package and all last Friday. We paid for it the same day, no e-ticket. On Saturday, no e-ticket. Sunday they were closed so I couldn't get an e-ticket. On Monday I got in touch with our travel agent and she said she would send it to us later in the afternoon. No e-ticket. Today I get in touch with her again and she tells me the airline is closed therefore we cannot get our e-ticket. I don't exactly know why its being put off when she says that our seats are confirmed and everything.
As well shouldn't I be getting a voucher for the hotel booking too?
I've been trying to call her and email her back since she wrote me and email saying the airline is closed today but I have been unable to get a hold of her.
I think I am beyond worrying now. |

YOu could try calling the airline directly (How could an airline be closed!?!) or looking on thier website to see if you have a reservation. Otherwise, I would hould her to death until she gets you your eticket. When do you leave? |

Yes. First contact the airline then go directly to her place of work and refuse to leave unless she gives you the e-ticket and hotel voucher or a refund.
