Okay so I booked a last minute trip for my friend and I to Hong Kong with a hotel package and all last Friday. We paid for it the same day, no e-ticket. On Saturday, no e-ticket. Sunday they were closed so I couldn't get an e-ticket. On Monday I got in touch with our travel agent and she said she would send it to us later in the afternoon. No e-ticket. Today I get in touch with her again and she tells me the airline is closed therefore we cannot get our e-ticket. I don't exactly know why its being put off when she says that our seats are confirmed and everything.
As well shouldn't I be getting a voucher for the hotel booking too?
I've been trying to call her and email her back since she wrote me and email saying the airline is closed today but I have been unable to get a hold of her.
I think I am beyond worrying now.

YOu could try calling the airline directly (How could an airline be closed!?!) or looking on thier website to see if you have a reservation. Otherwise, I would hould her to death until she gets you your eticket. When do you leave?

Yes. First contact the airline then go directly to her place of work and refuse to leave unless she gives you the e-ticket and hotel voucher or a refund.
