I do the teeth sucking thing sometimes now, and the slurping makes sense to cool down the noodles. Ajumma's smacking gum though, I don't think there's any jury in the world that would convict a man for executing one of those.

When it's cold outside and people say ߿ Chuwo! Thanks for the newsflash, moron. Really, I appreciate it. You see, unlike you I was born without any feeling in my entire body, so I need you to open your fat mouth and spout the most obvious, inane observation that could have possibly leaked out of your appalling unoriginal brain. That way, I too can know that it's cold outside. Hats off.

Any one of the twelve Korean songs currently on the MTV top ten where the chorus is 'Na na na na na.'

That little nonsensical bit of English they thrown in at the beginning of Korean pop songs to kick the coolness up a notch. "Yo, it's time for fresh love." or "Let's hip hop!"

Saying 'kick it up a notch'

When you call somebody's phone and instead of a ring tone you hear some lame song. And you start thinking, "If a ring tone came out on CD, I'd buy it before this horrid song."

People with loudass shoes. High heels, flip flops. All day I hear CLACK CLACK CLACK. I can't take it. That's why Korean never had any ninjas.

Korean pop songs have to have a hip-hop bit. It's the law.

There was a commercial a while back on Korean tv where the guy gulps his drink, and it's that exaggerated throaty swallowing sound that is just simply gross to the nth degree. I can't understand an actual commercial where the sole purpose is to provide potential customers with the most disgusting sound imaginable.

And, yeah, I also cringe when I hear the crunchy snow underfoot sound, what's up with that?

Eating (almost any sort)

The clip-clop of drunk girls down the road

The garage door

The vacuum cleaner

Best sounds:
Lightsaber
That echo a submarine makes in the movies

Not just the drinking sound after a glass of beer, but also that 'kkcccchhhh' sound they make on a commercial after drinking soju. This soju's so strong, hkkkkccchhh!
Confused

For me, it's the "clearing the flem" thing that older Korean men do constantly. I was on a lengthy bus ride the other day and this 50 something Korean guy was doing that the whole way. Holy crap, it was disgusting.
