| Anyone know a good place to get airline tickets from Narita to Incheon? I just found out they have a ridiculous tax that raises the price massively and is going to set me back a lot. |

I bought a Narita-Incheon ticket from a travel agent in Japan (I was still here in Korea) -- he was really helpful (very good English) and I just picked up the ticket from a counter at the airport on my departure day no problems (he even faxed my friend to let me know the pick-up counter had changed).
